This work is OK and that is about it. It jumps around and is not very forthcoming with new ideas or unique ways of tackling your angst.
Kuehn filled the book mostly with casual musings or basic and relatively self-evident concepts about anger and emotion, salted with religion. However, taking the time to read any book on anger management indicates that one is willing to step back and look at one's own behavior, which seems to be critical to the process, and won't hurt anything. For this reason I gave the book two stars. The "look inside" preview does not prepare the reader for the religious slant the work takes, nor does the title. This is potentially misleading and off-putting to the unwary. Yes, the book is a very quick read. I do not think that this is a positive quality here. If you want a treatment of the subject of any significant depth, look elsewhere.
Good, quick read to put things in perspective and give alternative options for anger. Great to know anger isn't inherently bad.
Hmmmm .... anger management book
I haven't finished reading the book yet (I'am at 50% of it) but so far the book is very good! It is quiet realistic not like manuy other books where it's idealistic piece of advice ..

This explains the true meaning of anger by a simple step by step process in controlling it in a healthy way. I gave it five stars due to how in depth this book is. Hope others will gain something from it like I have
